I, the undersigned Walker Subscriber, understand and agree to the following when using the SnoutWalker platform:
Independent Contractor Status
I am an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of SnoutWalker or Bridgeshop Software Development Inc. SnoutWalker provides only technology tools. I alone am fully responsible for all pet-care services I provide, including safety, pricing, insurance, licensing, and compliance with all laws.
No Verification by SnoutWalker
SnoutWalker does not verify my qualifications, insurance, background checks, or any badges I display. I am solely responsible for the accuracy of my profile and my professional standards.
Platform Tools
GPS tracking, walk reports, and other features are for convenience. I consent to sharing live GPS links and reports with pet owners during booked services.
Joint Waiver and Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge SnoutWalker, Bridgeshop Software Development Inc., and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my provision of pet-care services, including any claims brought by pet owners or third parties.
This is a joint waiver of liability that expressly benefits both me and SnoutWalker.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold SnoutWalker harmless from any claims, costs, or liabilities arising from my services, my representations on the platform, or my breach of this Agreement.
Electronic Acceptance
By clicking "I Accept and Agree" or completing my subscription signup, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver. This constitutes a valid electronic signature and binding agreement under applicable law.
