Why your photos matter
- Bringing lost pets home. Thousands of dogs and cats go missing every year. An AI that can match a found pet to its family from a photo helps reunite them faster.
- Helping end rabies. Rabies still kills tens of thousands of people every year — almost all from dog bites, and many of them children in Africa and Asia. The same recognition technology helps identify and track vaccinated dogs, supporting Rabies Free Africa’s mission to eliminate human rabies deaths.
