Booking Acknowledgement & Waiver of Liability

I, the Pet Owner, understand and agree to the following:

1. Independent Contractor: The walker is an independent contractor, not an employee of SnoutWalker or Bridgeshop Software Development Inc.

2. No Verification: SnoutWalker does not verify walker qualifications, insurance, or background checks.

3. GPS Tracking: GPS is for informational purposes only, not a safety guarantee.

4. Assumption of Risk: Pet-care involves inherent risks including injury, illness, escape, or death of my pet. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

5. Waiver of Liability: I release and discharge the Walker and SnoutWalker from all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from pet-care services.

6. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify the Walker and SnoutWalker from third-party claims.

7. Emergency Care: I authorize the Walker to seek veterinary care in an emergency. I am responsible for all costs.

8. Payments: All payments go directly to the Walker. SnoutWalker is not responsible for refunds or disputes.

9. Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee at the walker's discretion.

10. Governing Law: Governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
